Our orders have a 14-day return policy, calculated from the day the package is picked up to the day the return package is sent. For products returned later, we only refund 50%. Please send a return notification by email to info@pivisstore.com to receive detailed return instructions. The customer pays the return shipping costs. The price of returned products will be refunded via PayTrail. If a customer returns products from a free shipping order over €70 and the total amount of the remaining products falls below €70, the shipping costs (€7.90) will be deducted from the refunded amount. It is possible to exchange a product for another product at our pickup warehouse in Oulu.
